The ceramic insulator for relay we made (95% Al2O3) for the customer who is specialized in electrical industry. It replaces the part made in plastic because the relay have to work in 150-300℃ continuously.

b. Hardness: >1200kg/mm2 

c. Dielectric Strength: >8.3ac-kV/mm 

d. Dielectric Constant: >9 (1MHz) 

c. Dielectric Loss(tandelta): 0.0002 

e. Volume Resistivity: >10^14(ohm-cm)
